Notice of Intent to Seek Act 1 Referendum Exceptions  
The Red Lion Area School District intends to seek approval from the Pennsylvania Department of Education for the following referendum exceptions under Section 333 of Act 1 of Special Session of 2006:  Special Education     Retirement If the District's referendum exception requests are approved, the District may increase the rate of property tax for the 2011-2012 fiscal year above the index without seeking voter approval.  The District plans to submit its request for referendum exceptions to the Pennsylvania Department of Education at least one week after the publication of this notice.  To review the exception request forms, please click HERE.

Notice of Audit  
The audit report for the Red Lion Area School District for the year ended June 30, 2010 has been completed and filed with the Red Lion Area School District, the Court of Common Pleas of York County and Lincoln Intermediate Unit and the same will be confirmed absolutely unless an appeal is taken therefrom within thirty days after the date of filing.  Click HERE to review the audit report.
